Even after start up. You can’t open two tabs at once. It takes 2-5 minutes to open an app. It’s just very very slow. Not for gaming. Not for school. Not for sending an email while also watching YouTube either I guess. Great look though.

My laptop was even built to my liking off the HP website. When we decided to get a home desktop for the family we thought HP was a no brainer. This computer has been slow from day one. None of the kids use it. I won't even use it. I even updated my wifi. Nothing. I've since read reviews and it seems as if several people are having issues with speed on recent purchases. What a waste of money.

I am able to just unplug it and move it around very easily. It’s light and the picture quality is really good.

It has been like that since i purchased it. Not sure if its my wifi connection or the computer itself but i don't have the same issue with my laptop or work laptop. The help squad isn't helpful if you're not a best buy member.
