I bought this for my son because I loved the one I bought myself. Mine is the same computer only difference is I have more gigabytes. It runs smoothly, no issues connecting to WIFI. I have had mine for over a year and love it! It was also easy upgrading to windows 11 when the upgrade came out.

You get what you pay for. I bought this fairly cheap computer for my mother so she can use Facebook and browse the internet. She says it runs really slow and is always loading. For an older woman that isn’t tech savvy to notice this means the product doesn’t even satisfy a normal user.

Purchased this computer for work. It’s decent, but it’s super slow to me.

Best Buy is always best I love to shop here yesterday I was here to find out that dryer for laundry and they help me to find what I wanted. They were very helpful and I made it what I was looking

My desktop is a great asset that I have purchased for myself. It does not take up a lot of space and I really enjoy this desktop.

Excellent starter computer for my 11 year old. Also gamer friendly. We use it for school work and online gaming. So far it works great. Speed is good with high speed internet.

Not to sure this is what I need. It seems to freeze up and load very slow. It's not my network seeing that everything else is running properly. I know it's inexpensive however I expected a little more. Fingers crossed that something will change quickly to make me a believer

If I could give this zero-stars, I would. We have BARELY used this computer since I bought it in 2023, and when we do try to use it, it give us a black screen of death. I had Geek Squad fix it once for free when it was under warranty, and then it went black again. It really is the slowest computer and you cannot upgrade it in any way. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE.

This computer was awesome , it had everything I wanted in needed in a computer and once I started using it best believe I was happy. I been trying to get a computer and when I did man I was excited thanks best buy.

Would not start out of box . brought to Best Buy needed power cord replaced defective .

This was refurbished or open box and works great!!!

For an inexpensive computer- works fabulous!!! I purchased while my bigger computer was being repaired , have not noticed a big difference in speed

I would not recommend this at all. I bought it for my brother as birthday gift because he wanted a PC to play games on. It's extremely slow, even before I downloaded any games for him it was very glitchy. I read the reviews before buyingI don't know why people are giving it a good review. I believed its a good price for a good reviewed computer. I would not recommend especially for gaming or downloading files. I returned it after two days! Spend a few extra bucks and get a better one. Trust me.

Accidental buy, but one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. Went to buy just a regular display monitor and came out with a All-in-one. LOL!! Make a old storage unit obsolete.

This small footprint all in one is perfect for me! Email, bill paying, some word documents and a bit of surfing is about all I do. It is a bit slow but all in all I am extreamly satisfied.

I am computer challenged, but absolutely love this computer. Very clear and easy to read screen . Bright and cheery white coloring. Easy to find options.
