We have BARELY used this computer since I bought it in 2023, and when we do try to use it, it give us a black screen of death. I had Geek Squad fix it once for free when it was under warranty, and then it went black again. It really is the slowest computer and you cannot upgrade it in any way. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE.

Good for older people with basic needs.

Then I was lost without one. My sister helped me find this one. I was petrified as I really knew next to nothing about computers. I did have the Geek Squad install it and get it up and running for me. There are still things I am learning, but it is not difficult to use for an elderly person.
