This is how the computer came in. Was told they would exchange for a new one… than when I drove to the store to exchange was told I would have to pay the difference for a brand new one..a manager was able to get me 60 dollars off the brand new computer but I still had to pay on top of the price I had already paid for the open excellent condition box. This was very frustrating, if this wasn’t a gift for Christmas I would have just gotten my money back. Very disappointing experience. I have order open box in past and have always gotten items in excellent condition and packed well. The Best Buy who shipped this should be disappointed with how this was packed. The computer was in a huge box with no wrapping or protection.

The repairs are expensive and not worth the repair. It’s also not good for gaming I ran really small games on it and the computer could nearly handle light gaming.
