Slow and lags a lot

It loads up super slow and lags a lot. They don’t even want to use it because of how slow it is.. I wanted to love it but I’m so disappointed in this computer :(

Extremely Slower Than A Snail

It takes about ten minutes “if or when” a page loads. I am returning it to Bestbuy for a replacement or possibly Geek Squad can add something to increase the speed. I only had it for three weeks. One person used it and now it’s collecting dust. 10/29/23
