As soon i got my product it started lagging alot and cant even and i only dowloaded a few gamesi want my money and ive only used it since by the time im done with review. Very not so ok product

This is not a super fast pc. Please do not expect for it to be one. I bought it for my mother and she is no gamer by any stretch of the word. So the compromise and speed was acceptable to me. It may not be for you. Beyond speed I can say that I do not like Windows 11 that much. I hate the fact that you have to have a Microsoft account in order to set it up. That is not right. My mother does not have a Microsoft account. I ended up using my Microsoft account to get our computer set up. As I was the one who actually did all that. Finally, the keyboard and mouse included in the Box have Dollar store quality about them. They are cheap, easy to break, and nasty. They are not worth your time. Please factor in to your cost purchasing a proper keyboard and mouse. Personally I recommend gaming keyboards as they are some of the cheapest high quality keyboards you can buy. You just have to get past the stupid gamer aesthetic. And for mice a good vertical mouse from Logitech or anker works great. Problem is this will add probably around $100 to your cost. Which is not that great. Considering if you're going for this computer you're probably looking for a cheap option. And this pushes your cost up. But in the end it still works out okay.

Basic enough for a 72 year old who isn’t that tech savvy BUT sophisticated and up to date for her daughter who is. Works when last minute issues arise at work. Great buy nice price!

If your doing something simple like Microsoft word or surf the web to do research. this computer for you. Its kinda slow when you have it to long.

I appreciate that this is an easy-to-set-up and use computer. However, the computer person at Best Buy did not comprehend my use of a computer. I use this computer a lot, but it is extremely slow. I obviously needed more memory. This computer has always irritated me because I type and have to wait a minute for the words to catch up. This was a total waste of $!

Amazing device in its simplicity and ease of use. I bought several for staff who love the all-in-one design. And the white is so attractive.

The HP all in one computer is great for browsing and roblox games for my 10 yr. old son. fast enough to search for school homework. The style is awesome can stay for kid desktop. easy to connect wifi and bluetooth gadgets .

Works as expected, no complaints. Would purchase another if needed. We love not having a bulky tower.

So I'm a little bit older I'm 58 and have a little bit of trouble with electronics but this little thing was easy to set up easy to use does everything I need it to do and I had a really super nice guy help me pick out what I needed his name was John I believe as it has been some time since I was sent this review but if you're older and you have a little trouble figuring computers out this one's pretty simple and it's very nice looking perfect size for a small desk I paired it with an HP printer everything works wonderful it was simple to buy a free app from Microsoft store that would print PDF in s mode which is what I really needed so simple if you're on the fence buy it thanks John.

So far so good! Just set it up and it was extremely easy, and had everything already downloaded onto it so it was ready to use right away! My friends were very impressed by it considering how much it cost too. Didn’t give it five stars just because i don’t particularly love the mouse it comes with.

This computer is amazing! I love everything about it, great size and wonderful color, quality is amazing and very affordable

Good quality, good price. It has minor glitches that can become annoying if you are someone with perfection to minor details but it is not a factor to not purchase this desktop. It is completely practical due to less wiring and easy set up. Great for multiple fields of work. I have used for over a year and functions are in same conditions as when purchased.

It’s super slow, but it’s great if you just need something to do school work on. Perfect for a starter computer. I would limit the downloads of I were you, but other than that it was a great purchase.

Purchased this as a Mothers Day gift for my sister who hadn't gotten a new computer in over 15 years !! And she absolutely loves it !! She especially liked the very feminine white color and the bright sharp colors of the monitor. Most of all she really appreciates that's it an all in one computer.

This is a good computer. However if you are using it for a work from home job and need to have multiple systems running it is extremely slow. Great for school use

First time using an all in one computer and love it. Very easy to maneuver around. Like a laptop cause it's less space needed.

I have purchased 2 of these for my children to use during their homeschooling. They work great for this and are capable of running minecraft, roblox, and even some steam games. Great value, performance, and durability.
