I had to restart it several times to help with how slow it was and after having only owned it for 3 weeks when I restarted it again it wouldn’t turn on and I think a circuit went out. Would not recommend. Just spend more money for something nicer.

I was thinking because i needed a beginner computer to follow along in a IT course i was taking, it didnt matter. WRONG!! Think back to dial up internet connection, this computer is exactly that. It constantly tell you page cant be loaded and it lag really bad. I bought it yesterday and its going back today. The only thing i hate about best buy policy is ill be deducted for the “free” software that came with it even though I didn’t download nor use it.

Exactly what my wife wanted. It worked well for the first two weeks but then went into sleep mode and wouldn't "wake up" unless we unplugged it from the electrical outlet. It will be two weeks before the Geek Squad can come to the house and diagnose the problem

Good thing it’s still under warranty and I am able to ship it back for repairs but this has caused an inconvenience in my life with shipping and waiting for them to repair it and ship it back. This is frustrating
