We brought it back to Best Buy (they tried to charge us to look at it but then after questioning them we found out we get 15 days of geek squad free). We were told the computer was defective and we could not be offered a discount for a new one for the inconvenience.

It stalls every once in a while the mouse seems to get a little stuck every once in a while, and it’s only been less than 10 days since I’ve had this computer

The set up was terrible to put anything on it other than microsft product you have to go through this whole process to install so much time it took 2 hrs to get this set up.

I turned off the security to install. I purchased the Office 365 and installed. Then I installed McAfee and ran out of disc space! How frustrating! This machine would be better with a larger hard drive (256GB?).

I don’t know that I’ll be successful in removing it. I have extremely bad anxiety, and this actually brought me to tears. If I wanted to struggle, I wouldn’t have bought a “reliable” computer. I didn’t expect to spend money to do struggle. I have another desktop right here that takes me hours to get anything done. I didn’t have to spend a penny if I wanted to deal with that. Very disappointing. Idk what to try anymore to get it off there.
