Not worth the money!

They are horribly slow can't even get it to finish setting up. I tried getting help from the geek squad, but there quick to want to charge you for everything. Ridiculous! I would of never wasted my money on this if I knew it was going to give me a hard time.

My only problem was getting it set up and ready to use. It actually operates faster, but that could be due to the included Windows 11.

Died exactly one week after warranty.

Suddenly one week after the warranty expired, the computer had nonstop issues. Now after multiple fixes and officially 1y7mo the computer has completely died. Not even blue screen will appear just black screen upon turning on the device. I've been in touch constantly with Microsoft and IT to no avail. The computer is dead not even 2 years in. Don't waste your money.
