Buy it broken?

Didn’t open box until I was done moving other thing’s from old house. I put it in a very safe and secure place. Which made it so they would have to send it out for service. Advice open and plug in immediately.

This monitor has not disappointed me yet the quality has been amazing. I haven't owned a desktop in many years and was so unsure about it at first. I am soooo happy that I purchased it.

The third time is now about 2-3 weeks past the original purchase date and is now no longer under warranty. They can't give a specific answer other than this one piece continues to give out.
