It was delivered and has been moving slow that wasn’t that bad. Now all of a sudden three months later almost because it was delivered in June it doesn’t work. It doesn’t come on, blank screen and all. This is a terrible product and someone should know this before you decide to purchase. There seems to be a known issue with this product from power cords, to RAM and even bad screens.

Don’t use it for anything other than surfing the internet and it acts as if I’m downloading a 50,000 page document. Of course I’m 10 days out of my return/exchange period. Not a happy customer at all. Don’t recommend purchasing.

Still, my experience with this product has not been good at all. I have seen the message " page not responding " until I feel like responding with a hammer. It only happens with this HP.

The layout of the computer is nice but I’m very concerned that the fan is loud compared to other devices ive owned. I’m not sure if its a defect just how the device is made but i cannot wholeheartedly recommend.
