HP says take it to Best Buy to be replaced, Best Buy says its HP's problem, So I guess it's my fault. If I were shopping for a bulky paper weight, that screeches, then this is the perfect item!

All other devices on house work fine and fast on WIFI. Works fine on ethernet.I know this is a cheap computer, but the WIFI should work.

Elderly dad can’t figure it out

It hasn’t turned out to be that way. It’s asking him for pins, challenge questions, etc. that he claims he’s never set up. He can work his iphone but this is giving him a lot of trouble and at this point he can’t use it at all.
