Very very satisfied with this product. And I think the employees at the wheeling West Virginia Best Buy. They were very helpful when my product arrived from ordering it online. Not only was the speed difference noticeable (Duh!), but the intuitiveness and graphics provided by this HP made it a winner! Now the expert is my wife, and she said in her computer speak: Fantastic! So highly recommend for the price, the speed, the graphics, and even the sound, were all better than expected.

Neat and tidy with all I need for email and internet surfing. It's pretty, too. I bought an external DVD drive for around $40 that has made it possible to look at old CDs of photos that I hadn't been able to see now that laptops don't come with those drives.
