I did not end up purchasing this computer… therefore, no review

Not happy with this product it just buffers forever and keeps kicking me offline

This computer is terrible for anything that requires even a little bit of memory. I purchased it as my work computer to replace an older HP that was no longer being supported. Im constantly having to rollback software to keep it compatible with the operating system. I absolutely would not recommend this computer to anyone who plans to do more than read an email or type a paper.

Too slow, the windows are not opening, the mouse freezes

WAS NOT READY TO PICK UP.,,,,AND WHEN I WENT TO PLACE ORDER. I WAIT 45 MIN ..AFTER THAT SOMEONE HANDEL IT ...NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE, AND WAS NOT BUSYN STORE TAHT TIME-RAJ

So i order an open box in excellent condision,but the power cord was missing so i call bestbuy than they told me i have to go get it from best buy shop or return the whole package to them so i can get my money back.what a drama.now i have a pc that it only good for showpiece

Had this computer for a month and it barely works won’t turn on or takes 30 min to start

I do t like this computer to slow and not my likng. I want to return it if possible just not what I thought it would be

It did not work we had to return it and instead of offering other options they instantly refunded

It's slow, not good with video, and zoom I can't seem to work on it so not good

i’m sorry this computer is horrible. I believe it’s only been four months since I purchased it. I wish I could return it. Worst Purchase I ever ever bought from Best Buy does not work up horrible

It is terribly slow! And "Microsoft Store" is not working!

I ordered this item for pickup. Didnt even double check until i got home. Fool for doing that, they gave me a cheaper model then I ordered. Had to go back half an hour drive to get the one i actully paid for.

My power cord was missing. Box was delivered when I was out of town and now it is too late to be replaced

Din not meet the capacity needs I required for my home computing usage.

Very compact and easy to work. Just right for what I use computer for.

It works just fine. I like a REGULAR PC...not lap tops. I love the BIG monitor. The gentleman from the Geek squad (Stephen) was super. I would never have been able to install it although it took THREE weeks for an appt.

Very good pc for the price. Does everything I need it to with no problem. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a low priced pc for everyday use.

Windows 11 is difficult and processer is very slow. My 7 wss very fast
