got a bad one

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.purchased this for a computer in my garage, mainly to look up parts and play music while i worked. out of the box it took 15 minutes to power up and update, then the audio out would not work, so i did all that i was told to do and still no audio. after that it would sit for a good 30 seconds each time you moved to a new page on the internet. tried a few different things and no progress so i boxed it back up and sent it back for a refund, which if you take it to a store, would be instant, but i live 100 miles from the nearest store so i sent it back and now have to wait 30 days for my money back, have bought a lot of stuff from best buy, but will have to do some serious thinking about future purchased from them.

4GB Ram = JUNK

First, the OS is clunky and junky. Second, it is so slow that it literally takes 5-45 seconds to open a window, box, etc. Don’t get me started on saving files, opening files, etc. Overall, if you were a boomer, retired, and incredible health and are buying green bananas then this might work for you. If you are tight on time, need to perform tasks fast, or want to be able to find an extra few hours in your day, this isn’t for you. My rec: Buy any computer with at least 8gm ram if not 16gb. It will be faster, better, easier.
