    This all-in-one computer is great, the monitor has such a crisp picture. It comes with a keyboard and mouse. It is a complete package. It responds to commands quickly. I feel very productive!

    There were many sales associates available and a couple of them were quite helpful to me. They showed me exactly where to find the item I needed. The above is in stark contrast to most retail establishments where the staffing level is inadequate and the staffers are overworked and under-helpful.

    Too slow for Windows 11; Return policy unforgiving

    Out of the box, computer was WAY TOO SLOW for Windows 11. System used almost all of the 4GB of RAM. Tried a bunch of things, but nothing worked. Then, when I went to return it, they told me that the return window had expired BY ONE DAY and that no exceptions could be given. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied by this computer (too weak to run Windows) and Best Buy (for customer-unfriendly policies).

    Great like computer for what it is being used for, came with Windows 11 which our old HP was not. Easy to setup and it was able to transfer all that was on the old one.
