My computer was at a reasonable cost for my use, and it has been a great purchase.

It's a nice looking computer but overall it's extremely slow to upload some of the buttons on a keyboard does not work I'm just really not satisfied with the computer at all

Happy with this computer, and the help I got from the tech who came to set it up.

It is an "OK" computer, not enough memory or disc space.

They gave me a refurbished computer with someone else’s info in it and it even had a bitlocer on it something I never heard of nevertheless I had to make an appointment with the geek squad to have it fix so i get the sick computer to the geek squad hospital only to be told it needs to be admitted so I could purchase a Best Buy membership and they could switch it over immediately or I would have to leave it so they can reset it I wasn’t happy for the fact that I my purchase came 6/6/25 and not aware that it has a 13day window for return when I took the computer on 6/26/25 thats when I was informed Best Buy could have a least done the due diligence of having it clear and I never would have known it was refurbished

for the price it works well, runs slow anyway but when having more than 2 tabs running it basically freezes. it does the job for someone like me who hardly uses it but id rather use my phone than deal with the lagging and loading with every click

Wonderful purchase. The screen is way better than i thought it would be.

A decent value for a budget desktop computer. It was not easy to setup. This HP desktop was difficult and frustrating to setup. I hated the wired mouse and replaced it with a wireless mouse I had on hand.

Not a good product runs really slow even on high speed internet maybe tge newer yesr would be better

The day I got the computer in the mail it had problems it said key code took it to Best Buy the next day the gentleman helped me out fix that when I got home I hooked it up and it saying it has no drives for the internet so I have to take it back to Best Buy

Computer arrived without the round base. No Best Buy had the piece available making it a failed Christmas gift.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. I bought the open box version which said excellent condition and it had been checked. Well we opened it up today and the power cord is missing
