    The ram is only 4 so I can’t expect much , however when I download any extra apps from the Microsoft store it makes my computer freeze and very slow. Other than that it’s great , volume is very low !

    Very upset with my purchase. Stopped working after week and a half. Went to return and Best Buy only has a 14 days return policy. Just insane would think least 30 days. Now I have a $400 computer that doesn’t work and best buy wouldn’t help at all

    Sold it to me without a power cord, I had to come back to the store to get one only to get home & realize they gave me a laptop charger that wouldn’t work. Had to go back again to return

    We purchased a refurbished desktop but it was NOT factory reset. It came to us with the previous owner’s account still on the system. Tech support was of no help, bow we have to make yet another trip to the store to get this fixed.
