I opened the package and installed the ink and it worked great. I wish I would have purchased the combination package because I needed to get the color cart shortly after, however it is now hard to find by itself.

This is genuine HP printer Ink and I feel it is better than the refills and off-brands. Works the best for my 15 year old HP printer that still does a great job!

I tried the bargain off brand to save money. Started to print grey while still half full. I print E bay postage labels from home and need the postage to be dark and clear. I am back to using the certified HP inks from now on.
