    I have a year-old HP Color Laser Jet Pro (purchased from Best Buy) that needed ink replacement quickly as I didn't notice the messages on the printer that ink was extremely low. I called Best Buy locally and received outstanding service from the salesperson and guidance in what to purchase for my printer. Thank you, Best Buy, for hiring competent people.

    Toner is toner. It's easy to load in the printer. Hopefully it will last for as many copies as advertised. I think the price is high!!!
