I purchased this desktop for my husband. He still lives in the last century (just got rid of his flip phone!) This was easy to install and set-up. Screen graphics are great and sound is as well. It is easy for him to use, too!

my old computer wasn't able to upgrade so a new one was needed. I didn't know how slow my old one was until I got this speedy computer. Wonderful!!! No regrets!

My all-in-one computer is full of new features and very easy to access with a lot of helpful tips.

The computer does everything I need it to do. I did purchase a wireless mouse and keyboard, which makes it even better. Have always had a tower and thought I would get another one. Glad I changed my mind and bought the all-in-one!

Fast, intuitive, easy to use, excellent upgrade to Windows 11!

Too soon to tell how I really like my new computer. It's doing what I want it to do, I do have somethings in mind, as of now I'm not in a rush to do other things. I'm retired and I can take my time to think things thru as to what is my real needs and not wants. Slow can be better and take my time to learn how this can make living worth living. Less stress can add to more time on the planet.

The computer works fine but when we had the geek squad transfer my information from my old computer to the new one, they didn't install the Webroot virus protection. As a result, it cost me $400. to get it fixed. I ended up having to get a new virus production and someone to straighten it out.

I gave been pleased with the HP products I've owned over the year anf this computer is easy to use, lightweight and easy to work with.

Great all-in-one computer system purchase. Easy to use and understand as well. When purchasing it the staff in the store were very informational and helpful and made the buying process smooth and easy

So far, so good. I use this as a back-up to my laptop, as my old desktop cannot download windows 11 and I need windows 11 for turbo tax and to get security updates to my computer. I added a inexpensive Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard which I also really like.

Product suited our needs for our rural library setting. Peoria area service representative was friendly and helpful.
