    The computer is good. The set up was a bit difficult for me at my age because it included almost no steps or instructions. Thankfully, I have children who can come over and set it up. I used to be able to set up computers that I bought. Perhaps, sellers feel that everyone should know how to do this by now.

    wonderful experience with help choosing my HP 23.8 inch full HD touch screen all in one Intel Core computer. The techs who helped me were wonderful, kind, professional and most helpful with all my questions and concerns. My husband and I have always purchased our TV and computers at Best Buy. Love them. Good price and great service.
