Terrible purchase

Had to get rid of time out because it didn’t want to come back on after. Now keeps spooling print jobs. Can’t use it for much more than email or it goes crazy.

You Get What You Pay Fors

After hours with customer service from HP and BestBuy, we returned it and upgraded. To be fair, at last BestBuy CS admitted it sounded like a hardware failure. We were able to return it and upgraded another HP AIO, which works very well. The return was very easy, and we are happy with the upgraded AIO.

Not worth it

Started freezing up, tried everything to correct it other than resetting. Had same problem with exchange computer.

Display model defective

Computer was defective, would not download windows 11 completely. Took to a computer shop he said take it back a new computer should not have these problems. Cost a fee plus drive 160 miles round trip to return

I should NOT be forced to have passwords and pins for everything! I shouldn't be forced to use UGLY backgrounds! It is NOT EASY to work with! It was wasted money on a purchase that I could have used toward a more USER-FRIENDLY computer!
