    My charger exploded. I only got the use it for three hours and it exploded. Very dangerous

    I like the all in one computers and this is a good upgrade to my previous computer which was not upgradable to Windows 11. The set up was extremely easy as all my files from my old computer copied over. My photos from my phone can be accessed as well with an app installed on my phone. I compared to several other all in ones before deciding on this one. It is also wireless so the only cord attached to the computer is the power cord. Very good value for what I spent for it. I primarily use to access internet and to utilize Microsoft Office products.

    I loved this computer! Easy to set up, great to use, and space saving. However, I cannot give a long term review as I only had it less than two months since my house burned down and everything was lost. But it was great when I had it.

The team at Best Buy in Sarasota did an excellent job explaining my new purchase. The Geek Squad did an amazing job setting up my new computer.     Seems fast and efficient. Great clarity. I only use it for paying bills. The usb for the mouse is inside the mouse bottom, I had to figure that out.

    i looked in the box for an instruction manual & there was none. none was given to me. i prefer to read on paper how to use the device. how do i get a manual for this computer??
