    My old desktop h/p computer was slowly dying so I got a new h/p desktop that was installed to perfection by the BestBuy Geek Squad who got me up and computing so fast I hardly had time to morn the demise of the old one

    Since the first day of use I have had problems with this HP PC, the screen flickers, it goes black for moments, I am considering using the warranty if I cannot solve the problem

    Original purchase did not work. We contacted the Geek Squad, I paid for warranty and they could not help and we had to return and wait for a replacement to be shipped out, so far that is working fine.
