    I like the computer. The sales person at Best Buy (Nila) was excellent, as was the Geek Squad person (Jeff) who set up my computer.

    I was happy with the computer in regards to the fact they downloaded all data from the external hard drive in a shorter time frame than stated. When I went to pick it up it worked fine with the geek squad professional. But when I got home and set the computer up it no longer worked. Geek squad checked it out and recommended replacing it and start all over with a new computer because they were unable to even get the computer on no matter what they tried.
