    This desktop computer froze for me after 3 days. If you’re buying all in one computer, I recommend going for 16 GB RAM instead of 8 GB. Overall, I am happy with the performance but need to wait and see how long this desktop computer lasts for family use such as browsing and using MS Office.

    unknown to me, the computer did not come with pre-loaded platforms like words, Microsoft software etc... was surprised/frustrated when I tried to initiate my log-in. HP/Microsoft security was using a 40 years old telephone number I no longer had.
