Ordered online for pickup, which went smooth. All in One is perfect for our needs — 89 yr old who uses social media, browse net, online bank and shopping, email, word. Set up was very easy. She loves that there are virtually no cords, no CPU, and touch screen is a plus. She likes the white over her old black PC. Set up was easy.

Our main computer is Apple. This PC was intended to replace a 19'' 5-year old All-in-One similar HP. We use it mainly for streaming, card games and puzzles. What a difference between those 2 HP's. A lot faster, clear image, instant on, no interruption while streaming, touch screen is a great feature. We love it At $200 reduction a few days before Black Friday, it was attractive, 3 weeks later, it was further reduces by another $40 and BestBuy gave us a credit for that $40. Well done!

Very pleased with the hp desktop 23.8" all-in-one. It was easy to set up and although I have only had it a short while, all is working fine. I am older and not very tech savy but I was able to set up all by myself. It does what I want, no gaming, just search web and emails and look at google photos. All of that works great. I am happy with my purchase.
