    This replaced my 16 year old all in one running Windows 7! Quite a challenge with Windows 11 now. Takes time to get it right. Many hours of "hit and miss" events to be satisfied with the product (more my lack of expertise than anything). Old school: I' just not used to not hearing a hard drive spin up! We'll see how this new technology holds up over time. All in all, not bad! Really should be a 4.5 rating.

    Overall it's good, but I did find I had to add some extra RAM, which is okay because it allows you to do so. It's really tricky to figure out how to take it apart to do that, though, and it was hard to find instructions for it. I also wish the stand was adjustable so I could move the screen to a better position. I'm just going to get a desktop stand to make it easier. Overall, really great all in one computer for most needs. I love that it's touch screen also.

    Am so happy with my new HP Windows 11 product! This is my first time with a "toucyscreen" computer (aside from a tablet), so am adjusting to the perks there! The window reaches all the way across the Thank you BEST BUY for making it happen!

    Great new system. Geek Squad did a great job transferring my old system hard drive info onto the new system. Love the large screen. What a difference.
