HP and the creative Grandaughter

Now 14 she is excelling in school as well as girl scouts and other volunteer efforts. Dhe is duper creative and funny and making many good decisions. Couldn't be prouder.

We think its because a small part in the back was missing in the box. We just bought a wired keyboard and mouse so everything is good.

I was not happy I was losing Windows 10 it was still working fine for me. Microsoft pushes people to upgrade not your fault.
