The image quality and color are terrific. The price on sale seemed — when I suddenly needed a new monitor — another solid HP product at a very good price. — But I must admit the reason I bought this monitor (as opposed to other solid monitors reasonably priced) actually was the adjustable height. I needed a second monitor to stand at just the right height, and thus extend, another monitor. It fits in fabulously with my system!

Execllent second monitor for my laptop. The up and down adjustability was a selling point for me. I can lower it when using it with my laptop, so the bottom of the monitor is aligned with the bottom laptop screen I also use it to mount the camera for zoom presentations. Makes adjusting the camera height a breeze. Picture quality is good for video presentations. Document text is clear when displayed in this momitor.

Went into the Best Buy outlet for monitors to use when working from home. Bought two these monitors for around $250. What a steal. No complaints. Exactly what I needed.

The product itself is great and easy to assemble. The resolution is also really good and has all the ports you would truly need to get your setup done. Not overtly complicated and I wish the screen size was bigger. That is the only reason for the one star missing but that has nothing to do with the product itself more my personal preference

Easy install. Purchased Best Buy 4-year warranty on previous monitor. Screen started showing black lines on bottom of the screen. Took the old monitor back to Best Buy within warranty time frame. Gave warranty allowance. Walked back out of the store wih a new monitor with a new 4-year warranty. No problem. Very happy with the process
