So easy to set up!! Nice screen colors and size!!

This screen was exactly what we wanted works great! We did have to buy another cable for it which the directions do not tell you about due to our all in one pc but after we figured it out we now have duel screens! I recommend this!

This is part of my downhill experience with Best Buy when it was time to replace my very old computer & monitor. When I went to my local store, I liked this monitor to go with the HP computer I was buying. BB had a reward promo for members at the time. The computer purchase qualified. I needed that reward to buy the monitor. I called the 800 number -- they have a policy & don't care about any hardship or inconvenience to the customer, It was 2 weeks before the reward posted to my account. It was 2 1/2 weeks after I bought the computer before I was able to set up everything at home. I like this monitor -- easy to set up, great image, fast, & it's larger than my old monitor. Just beware of Best Buy Corporate & their policies, They don't care about you the customer.

Screen is easy to adjust height and angle. Image is clear and bright. No eye strain. Lightweight.

I use this monitor with my 2024 Macbook Air and haven't had any problems with it. I ordered it online and it arrived quickly and was securely packaged. Best Buy did an excellent job of staying in touch with me during the delivery process so it would be handed to me at my door. This monitor is the perfect size for my use and it looks sleek. It has excellent response time for watching online videos/movies, etc. I'm not a gamer so don't know how the response time is with games. There are some manual buttons on the bottom right side for adjusting many things like the color, image, brightness, etc. I like the fact that I didn't need to download software to use it, I just plugged it in! I also like that it doesn't have bells and whistles that I don't need. I like that the height is adjustable too. But I wish it could be made an inch or two higher. Other people may not need any extra height that I do. I've found a way around the height issue so it's all good. Other than the height adjustment not being high enough for me, I feel this monitor is perfect, especially at the great Best Buy price!

HP 23.8" monitor makes it easy for older eyes to read print. The picture is crisp and clear. It is also adjustable for heighth.

Had the monitor for over a month now and dcen though I got it as a second screen, its great! Just enough ports for simple tasks, the quality of the screen is magnificent, and the color isn’t too bright or dull.

I recently put the HP 23.8” monitor and it has proven to be an excellent addition to my workspace. The picture is clear , colors look great thanks to the IPS panel. The adjustable height stand is super convenient!

High quality monitor. Picture quality is very good. Being able to adjust the height was a necessity for me. The desktop app makes adjusting monitor settings easy and straightforward. Planning to purchase another of these monitors to replace an older one that doesn't even come close to the picture quality of this one.

Good color, size, refresh rate. A bit pricey for the amount of ports you get. Best Buy has it priced higher than most other retailers and HP Direct as well. But these seem to be abundantly in stock in brick and mortar stores, so is really not a bad deal to pay a $20 premium to get a monitor the same day you need it. Got mine open box, and as always Best Buy was cool about letting me check it out before purchase.

This is a fantastic monitor to pair with a laptop. It is so much easier to do my work and research. Resolution and color are excellent. It is a great value for the price and I wish I had gotten it sooner.

The monitor is bright with vivid colors. It was easy to hook up to the computer with a choice of VGA or HDMI. There was nothing to do other than plug the monitor in for power and signal. the controls under the screen were easy to access and to make any needed adjustments. I didn't see a need to change anything.

I've went through alot of monitors in my IT career - and I always need an extra on hand when building or testing computers. This is where this 24" HP Series 5 monitor comes in. I usually go for larger sizes (30"+) when looking for desktop monitors that I work on daily - but this 24" is perfect for my occasional computer build or test - and also good for hooking up to a laptop to have more screen area to work with! If you're working from home and don't have an extra monitor to make it easier to work from your laptop - I HIGHLY recommend getting one. Multiple monitors makes a HUGE difference when it comes to productivity and working within multiple programs. This HP has both HDMI and a VGA connection port - so you'll find it will connect to nearly any computer or laptop available. It supports 1920x1080 resolution, has really nice and crisp graphics and colors, has on-screen controls for easy configuration if needed, is anti-glare and leverages HP Eye Ease. What is that you ask? According to HP "Keeps your eyes comfortable through the work day with HP Eye Ease, our first built-in, always-on blue light filter that presents your vivid content with zero impact on your color accuracy, no OSD required." Overall - very happy with the monitor. The Hight and tilt adjustable stand is awesome - although perhaps sticks out (toward me) more that I would expect (see side profile picture). That's my main reason for the 4 stars vs 5.
