Overall I like this all-in-one computer. The screen is a good size and not having all those extra cords to deal with is a real plus. There are two important features that need to be changed or improved. The USB ports are on the back of the monitor making it difficulty to insert flash drives. I had to purchase a USB bundle to rectify this. The other problem is that the monitor can't be raised and it is too low for good ergonomic use. I had to spend more money to buy an adjustable stand.

I was looking for a new computer for our office that had a big enough screen that I wouldn't need dual monitors anymore. Screen is huge and the computer is quick enough to handle our personal coming needs.

This computer is so much better than I even expected. The screen is very large and clear, it is really quick, and really easy to use and get around. It was so easy to start & set up, and everything is wireless so no cords is an extra bonus.

This is our second computer for our house and my kids use it all the time. Its very fast running, good graphic/sounds and easy to use. Love the touch screen as my daughter uses both the keyboard and touch screen.

I purchased this computer for my office conference room, to make visual presentations to clients. It's great because it is all one piece and looks cool. It is lightweight and easy to move around the table top; it boots up quickly; it is touchscreen which makes it easy to scroll through presentations or zoom in and out with my fingers; and the large screen is very clear and makes it easy to read small print. Best of all, the price was very reasonable and it qualified for 12 months interest free on my Best Buy credit card. Several clients have commented on this computer and I think a few have gone out and purchased one for themselves. I could not be happier with this product!

Been researching All-in-1 computers over a year. Our research results determined this model was the one we wanted. Best Buy made the purchase possible with their outstanding Black Friday pricing. This buy solidified our decision as the setup was user friendly and performance to-date flawless.

I bought my previous HP tower and monitor back in 2004. It still worked fine but was slow and I was worried it would fail. On Black Friday, I purchase this all in one PC. Set up was very easy, the computer is amazing fast and transfer of files was easy. What wasn't easy was all the problems I had buying the 3 year warranty from HP shop when I was activating the computer. They charged me twice, did not mail the set up paper work as promised, did not credit my account for the duplicate charge, and then tried to start the 3 year warrant in October. It took me 7 calls, and I would guess more than 20 minutes on hold to get this resolved. I would recommend this pc, but would not recommend the HP warranty due to poor customer service

A sweet deal for the money. The screen quality is pretty good and the machine is fast enough for everyday-multimedia use. The speakers are loud enough for video and music. The stand is a bit cheap and clunky and might required some adjustement. Otherwise, if you mainly use the web and Microsoft Office, it is a good machine for the money.

This was the easiest set-up and installation of any computer I have ever purchased. It is a beautiful screen and unlike some, I don't mind getting up to plug in USBs on the back. It's a small thing to have an all in one desk top with a touch screen.

Just opened up the box and set up. Everything installed very easily. Found my wireless network and my printer instantly. Set up Office 365 easily. Free Webroot antivirus problematic. When peeled off keycode sticker, it ripped the code off and I could not load it. The sticker that was supposed to only hide the keycode actually destroyed the keycode and I could not register it. Will have to go back to the store and see if they will give me a new edition. I will open it in the store. Computer is great though!!

I shopped and compared online for days. Picked it up on a Black Friday deal for $499. It’s my first desktop. Haven’t used it much yet but it’s really nice. Beautiful screen. Super easy to set up even for a novice like me.

It was very easy to set up and get up and running. It automatically connected to our printer which was amazing! I thought I would have to struggle with it, but, no. It was really easy. The monitor is huge and we love it!

Bought during the black friday sale as a gift for my dad to replace his aging computer. The screen is very good and performance for word, email and surfing is good. The touch screen is nice to have and responds quickly

One of easiest computers to use out of the box. Love the big screen, I prefer desktop computers for home use., used laptops but some of my programs require a larger screen to see all the details on the screen.

This is the first PC that I've purchased in many years, and I'm much surprised with the new touch screen technology, along with the apps. I'm still getting acquainted with my HP computer and I'm fairly satisfied, except for the glare on the monitor. You would think with all the updated technical improvements, they would consider making a screen that did not act like a mirror. LOL!!

Bought this for myself when it came on sale Black Friday. Fantastic pricing that hasn’t been that low since. It’s a great touch computer-lightweight, 24 in screen, easy to navigate. I love it.

Has been working great, easy setup, fast, haven't really used the touch screen much. Love the big screen, skyped my grandson last week. Haven't figured out all Windows 10 has to offer yet.

My parents love the touch screen and the al in onee takes less space

This computer was a gift for a older member of the family that did not much experience with computers. This computer being an all in one was affordable and easy to use. I recommend this for anyone it was super easy to set up and took up less desk space than a regular laptop.

Really enjoy my computer. I need it for work and school and it has been a lifesaver. So much better then my old computer. So happy I made this purchase. It did have a few glitches at one point, but once fixed all is great.
