    As soon as I got the unit home it was giving me problems. The cursor wouldn't operate correctly, the menus didn't work right and it was very frustrating. All of a sudden about 3 days later, everything was working and now it is satisfactory.

    I purchased this computer for bill paying and taxes only. After one year, the fan went bad and HP refused to extend the warranty. Will never purchase an HP product again.

    I was told to install Webroot into my new HP all in one computer for protection , when I tried the computer somehow place the disc inside the computer ( not in the drive ) I call the store and they said bring it in , I did and this is what I was told- Sorry we cannot get it out without charging you because we cannot tell if it was a problem with the disc drive or you put it in wrong . I now have no protection , no disc drive and the computer was install buy the Geek person 2 days ago. I have had it for 3 days and the store just says Sorry.

    This particular computer just happens to have a slow processor and makes regular everyday use slow. Love HP products just would not go with this model.
