Very slow not what I asked for in the store. But because I don't know what I was looking for in a computer I was railroaded into this very slow computer. Unfortunately didn't know that until I hired somebody to hook it up for me who then told me that it was not what I asked for. by that time it was out of the box and I could not stand the thought of taking it back and fighting with them to get what I wanted.

It was not start up after 2 weeks.I think there was a problem in start button

of the three products I got at the store this is the only one I did not have to go back because of problems

I3 is slower than expected, pay a little more for speed

Purchased the HP Al-In-One because of its portability. Not even two years in, the screen went black on power up. Unplugging and plugging it in again would allow it to power up time after time until finally it wouldn't power up at all. The power cord plugs into the back at an upward angle, and the cord doesn't stay seated. HP Authorized Service Center rep said he would have to order new parts to diagnose why it wouldn't power up. What?? Geek Squad said it would need to send the computer back to HP for service, and it would take three weeks. The computer looks nice but is unreliable. HP used to make excellent products but no longer.

Works OK slow to start up. Never buying an i3 proc

This system came with a wireless keyboard but no transponder to attach to monitor was unable to complete setup or configure until replacing the keyboard

The looks are nice, but when I tried Skype, the sound was awful. Same when I tried music. Had to return it

Easy set up, has all the features one needs for everyday use. Screen looks great, video playback is flawless and has a CD/DVD drive which was important for me. Web surfing is a breeze. Only two drawbacks: It only has TWO USB ports (on the back) so buying a USB hub along with it is a real necessity. The other drawback is the keyboard. It's horrible. Small with keys in different places than what I'm used to. I found myself typing paragraphs only to have my work disappear when I hit the wrong key. After two days I smashed it against the concrete outside (felt so good) and ran back down to Best Buy and bought a Logitech keyboard. Frustrations gone.

Very slow, showing errors, very bad customer service. I will not recommend any HP product

Bought refurbished and had several issues. Will stick to new.

Lots of issues with wireless keyboard and mouse. Buy one with a wire!

Bought this for my mom and the first time I turned it on to get it set up for her it kept freezing up. The hard drive wasn't no good had to return it.

worse piece of equipment i have ever purchased. nothing but trouble from the start. finally just returned it and bought a chromebook and i am happy i made that decision

VERY DIFFICULT TO USE. A CHEEP VERSION OF MY OLD HP ENVY 23 BUT JUST AS EXPENSIVE
