Purchased this unit as a replacement for my existing computer. Like the screen size, clarity, and speed. Dislike the noise the computer makes as it"processes". Based on experience so far, I would purchase another of this brand. Best Buy was good to deal with.

Great speed. Looks nice. Small enough to fit on a desk without taking to much space, and the screen is big enough to enjoy a variety of media content. Touch screen works great as well

So my husband and I bought this desktop to minimize problem with laptops and wifi at home. Our four teenagers each have iPhones plus four laptops in the family which everyone swear we need because they all happen to have assignments to be done online. Since we bought the desktop for me and my husband to use, I have not even had one chance of using it. The kids have taken over it and thrown the laptops at us. They love the huge screen, the fact that it is touchscreen and overall appearance looks great. It's great quality and good speed. No one has complained about not getting work completed. We love it and it's a great buy.

An excellent product. Touch Screen is amazing to use; making it a shortcut/alternative to using the mouse. Keyboard easy to manipulate for small fingers. The DVD player, flash drives/ISB ports are located behind the desktop; making it true to the name all-in-one. Windows 10 has numerous features to learn and enjoy. Cortana is very useful for appointment reminders and planning your calendar week. Design of desktop stand can be more refined. The power button (located underneath the desktop) can be challenging to locate. And, when powering on there is a grating noise that can be irritating. Taking MS 2016 classes at your local library for Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc. is worth the time since you will be paying a yearly fee for usage of these apps. Or, buying a Dummies book for Windows 10 and MS Word, etc. can be a viable investment for reference purposes. HP Touch Screen came highly recommended over other competitor brands. At this point it has been a good recommendation, and I have no complaints. I just look forward everyday to learning something new on this computer!

This is my first AIO, but I have been very satisfied. Having multiple windows open with this large screen is great - I can still see everything. The unit is not very loud, which was a concern. I have not used the CD/DVD player-writer yet. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I was looking for a desktop computer, for my home usage, and I think I got something more than what I expected. Very less space consuming without a CPU. Touch screen gives more accessibility.... ( I really enjoy that part) core i3 processor has a very good speed. webcam and WiFi connectivity brings in laptop facilities. Only drawback is, there is no battery backup, since you need to turnoff completely before moving the unit for a short distance. But that is not an issue for me at all. the big wide screen gives my home office a classic look as well I love this unit and it fulfills my needs in a great extend.

Bought this computer for home use. Fits well in small spaces but has bid screen with clear bright picture that makes for easy reading. Loads fast and really easy to use.

This HP all-in-one performs as expected from a computer of its price. It does well with everyday use like web browsing and using it to store pictures, but it won’t break any speed records. The 1tb hard drive is a nice addition and the large screen provides easy navigation.

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical when I bought this computer, as I didn't think I needed anything quite as big, but as it turns out, I love it. The speed is great and the monitor picture is amazing.

The is a Christmas gift so it's has not been opened yet. What I can tell you is that I did play with the display model in the BB store and I love the HP all in one. Love the one cord plug in (power only), wireless keyboard and mouse, and the Touch Screen monitor.

I have a long history of using HP equipment for my home computing needs. I replaced my old one because it was 10 years old and I was worried about it failing. My new one set up so easy and I was up and running in about 30 minutes. The display is crisp and clear. I like the larger monitor, and really like the all in one PC. It takes up minimal space. The downside is that it is not as fast as I would like in changing web pages, and sometimes the typing is slow. I am not a tech person, and think this could also be my cable connectivity. I got this as a black Friday special, and I am pleased with the price and Best Buy services.

I am really enjoying this all-in-one computer. It is everything that I wanted in a computer. It was so easy to set up and use. My old computer had Windows 7 on it so I'm in the process of getting use to the Windows 10. I'm glad I chose this all-in-one.

I purchased this computer for Mother’s Day for my Mom. She loves the ease of getting from one app to the other. It took us about 30 minutes to get set-up from start to finish. The screen was bright and the just the size for her to see all the icons. She loves the touch screen and forgets sometimes that she has that option. The speed is so much faster, than the 8yr outdated one. She can play her games for hours and not realize it. LOL! She is very happy with her new gift. We hope to purchase a printer to connect with it soon. She LOVES it!!

Got rid of all the wires in our home office and love the touch screen. Down load of old data from Carbonite was easy and we were quickly up and running. Only issue I had was Microsoft asking for passwords and not identifying which password it wanted.

My old all_in_one pc needed replaced. After researching newer models and waiting for a price drop, I bought this all-in-one HP. I like talking to Cortana, the screen is bigger, the touch screen is easier. I'm looking forward to great possibilities.
