This monitor is perfect if you are looking for something on the cheaper side and do not need 4k or higher resolution. It has a very nice build quality. It is made out of high-quality metals rather than plastic. It has small bezels around the screen along with a thin design. I personally think this is the perfect screen size for a personal computer. If you are sitting at a desk with much bigger it hurts your eyes but anything smaller and it is hard to see. The picture quality is stunning and better than I expected. This monitor has a higher refresh rate than other comparable ones and this should help for anyone who is gaming or doing graphic intense tasks. I was also surprised to see that it came with an HDMI cord. Although these are pretty cheap it is always nice when there is one bundled. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone who is looking for a decent quality at a great price.

I got this monitor not expecting it to be your garden variety monitor, but I was blown away by it. Aesthetixally, it is very nice. The stand looks lile it could be flimsy, bit it surprisingly isn’t. There isn’t much of a border surrounding the screen so you just see screen! My son was impressed by how it looks while gaming. It is a big improvement over the Dell monitor we were using. This is a nice monitor. You can’t go wrong.

My son is using this monitor for his PC gaming. While it is not classified as a true "Gaming" monitor, he is very pleased with the picture and response. He made some adjustments in the setting to further enhance the picture and experience. He has also watched some Netflix movies on it and has been very pleased. The thin form factor is very nice as well. Would highly recommend this monitor.

The only thing that could make this monitor better is the ability to mount without an adapter. There aren't any screw holes in the back. But the size is perfect, it is very simple and sleek and it looks great on my desk. I had one and when I started working remotely, I came back for another.

I'm currently running this monitor as an extended desktop for my gaming laptop. I've found it excellent for streaming media while working on other things on the main screen. The other night I streamed a football game while working and the colors were vivid and contrast was more than acceptable. I would like to see better black levels, but for the price the overall picture is very good. The top and side bezels are extremely thin, so these would be a good choice for a multi-monitor setup. One word of caution: there are no VESA mounting options on this monitor. I don't understand why any monitor would come without VESA options anymore, but this one does not. The stand is a three-piece snap/screw together assembly. The lone screw has a tab on it, so no tools are necessary. The stand is sturdy and there is minimal movement when the table is bumped. Controls are on the bottom and there is no legend printed on the bezel above them, so adjustments are a little tricky.

The HP 23f is a great monitor for my home office. The build quality is nice and it does not look cheap. It is a full HD IPS panel that is very thin. It has an HDMI and VGA port for connections. It also comes with an HDMI cable which is nice that most manufacturers don’t do that. It also has FreeSync Technology that matches the frame rate of the monitor to compatible AMD graphics cards. I was not able to test that out because I have an NVIDIA graphics card in my computer. The included stand does not have any height adjustment but it does tilt slightly forward and back, also there is not any VESA mounts on the back so you cannot mount this monitor. Other than that the picture is nice and the build quality is great. I would recommend this monitor.

Has great color and is easy on the eyes. I like the thin design and it doesn't take up much space. It comes with an HDMI cable. The 23 inches is a perfect fit for my desk. Everything you could want in a monitor.

After many years, it was time to update our HP Monitor, I found this one at Best Buy Store and suprise me that has no bezel encircling the display. This will provide an ultra-wide viewing experience and easy to view from any angle. My old PC was suing VGA, so the ability to use it with this monitor also was great! I'm very happy with the clear and crisp Image at a reasonably price.

The HP 23f Display monitor is a sleek, beautiful display. I love the small bezel (the area surrounding the screen), as it makes the 23-inch screen feel bigger, and less imposing on my office style. It features Freesync, which is great for gaming, as it ensures the lowest lag possible for better gameplay. I occasionally bring my Xbox to work with me, and it is great to play on this display. It also includes both HDMI and VGA inputs, so it is even a good option for older computers.

Being a professional photographer, the most important thing for me is the color accuracy a display provides. I was blown away by the accuracy this monitor brings. I can view an image, video or anything from far away or up close and still see the attention to detail that I would expect to see. The display is very vibrant without causing eye strain. Very happy to have this display among my collection of technology tools.

This is a great monitor for all uses...but when hooked up to a computer with a compatible AMD FreeSync compatible video card it's phenomenal. No ghosting...smooth playback...and fantastic color saturation. I've tried it with a compatible computer and without, and it's a great buy either way...but it really shines when used with the complimentary hardware.

This monitor was very easy to set up and configure. I was really impressed with the overall viewing angles and responsiveness of the images. I did feel that some of the colors and clarity could have been sharper but for a monitor in this range I was very happy. I like the fact that the bezel was basically no edge and aesthetically. It is just pretty to use. I could see how at size prolonged usage could frustrate the office professional.

Got this monitor and set up with my Lenovo AIO and a second screen. Love the Wide Screen aspect ratio, good for gaming with My Xbox one setup, Thin 3 sided bezel. Definitely worth it for the price.

I bought this monitor on sale for $120. After using it for two weeks, I can safely say that it's a great monitor for the price I paid. It shows clear, crisp pictures and it's very bright. I didn't think I would like the silver color but it looks sleek and expensive in person. Overall I'm very happy and would recommend.

Very pretty picture once you calibrate the color. There appears to be a built-in eye strain filter. However, if you're like me and don't like a yellow picture, use the Windows Color Management. (The color controls on front don't work in freesync mode.) Once the picture is calibrated for folks not paranoid about the color blue, it is downright lovely. Good monitor for cheap!

This HP monitor has everything you want in a basic, functional LED screen. It is bright with good contrast and has a good viewing angle. Fast motion is smooth.

Ever since the first desktop I purchased in 2001 with an HP Desktop, I've always been impressed with their line of products and this monitor is no different. Sporting an HDMI for video and full HD graphics with 1920x1080 resolution, you can't go wrong. Impressive 23" monitor with HDMI and HD? It's a great monitor for those looking to upgrade.

This monitor was great when we first hooked it up. A few days later it started randomly going off and then just died. We had to return to HP after numerous calls. When they FINALLY replaced the monitor, they sent us a filthy used refurbished monitor to replace the brand new monitor we purchased. No cables or power chord were included, even though they had us send the originals back. When they sent the power chord and HDMI cable, they were used and dirty as well. The product and customer service are extremely disappointing.

Monitor started flickering and developed a large shadow in the top right corner a few weeks after warranty expired.
