So far so good! Everything works as it should and I do like the size of the screen. I usually use the cordless keyboard and mouse but the touchscreen works fine too. I purchased this for "school work" - MS Office and PDFs, internet surfing and YouTube and have no issues. I think if you are a "gamer" or making movies taking up lots of storage you may want a different computer with more space. Also, ZOOM will not allow you to use a virtual background on Ryzen 3 computers, at least at this time. Otherwise, I am happy!

I brought this computer for my mother who will use for the bare minimum things such as Microsoft tools and the internet. She loves the computer and it’s good enough for what she would use it for. I highly recommend if you will use it for minor purposes.

Nice product for my main uses, photos, card making, scrapbooking. I like the built in speakers and processor, frees my desk space for other uses. I gave it a 4 because it does not have a memory card port or disk player. I didn't think to ask the associate about these items. It has a fast speed and I am happy with my purchase.

This was a gift to my mother who doesn’t do any large projects on her PC. She uses it for basic web browsing and viewing pictures. This gets the job done rather excellent. Would recommend to an average user that doesn’t need all the RAM power.

Very easy to set up. Basically pug-in and play. Purchased for my 80 year old, non-computer savvy mother-in-law for Zoom calls. She loves the ease of use and built in camera.

This 24inch Touch-Screen all-in-one was purchased due to my other computer crashing. It took me a while to learn the new concepts of this computer. However, the more I use it the more I learn and am beginning to enjoy it.

I loved using these computers at my university and finally decided to get one for home. Super easy to setup and work. If you have any little ones at home that like to test your patience, I wouldn’t recommend using the touchscreen feature in front of them.

This All in One HP Desktop has fullfilled all my expectations for a large screen computer. The new features are easy to comprehend and implement. I did purchase a 7 USB Hub so I could connect all the components I use on a regular basis.

Very nice unit and easy to set up. Was not asked if I needed a printer to go with this as the one I do have is older and I do not know if it will work with the new unit.

It's so much faster than my old pc. The things pinned make it really easy to get to a site. There's still a lot to learn about it, but I like it a lot and am glad I decided to get it.

I bought this as an upgrade to my older desk top and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Easy set up, user friendly and a space saver. I was also very affordable and light weight.

Purchased one of these about six months ago and loved it so much I had to get another. It's got plenty of RAM anx a great touch screen that makes Windows 11 so smooth and fast. Just like most HP products it will do what you need and then some.

The only disappointment was in the setting up of the computer was unable to get any assistance from your team for questions I had during the setup of this computer. After paying 600+ for it I was highly disappointed That they wouldn't offer to help me with the set up of various items that came on the computer. Would likely not buy another one from Best Buy's. Customer Service wanted me to pay an additionsl 40.00 to get help.

20 years of using MACs and after talking to the salesperson about what I actually use my computer for he suggested this PC. Very happy so far! Actually less buggy than my MAC and the extra perk of a touch screen is awesome.

The new computer is great. It was easy to set up, it is very quick and responsive and the support team had set up Windows 11 and integrated it with the other programs involved. The sales team also was very professional and responsive to our questions. Overall it was a great experience as it always is at Best Buy.
