It was so convenient to set up and the screen quality was amazing! I wish I could say the same for the sound/microphone. Every time I had an online meeting I had issues. Online support couldn’t fix it and I live too far away to pop in and drop it off. I didn’t have it much longer before it lost the ability to connect to internet. And the following week it lost ALL power. I took it in and they sent it for repair. More than a week later I got a call saying it would be at least $400 to replace something, and they couldn’t check the monitor for problems without power, so possibly more money. Just because it’s an all-in-one computer/monitor, I wouldn’t recommend it. If one thing breaks it’s a domino effect and then you’re without the entire thing, just to pay more than half the cost of the machine to fix it.

Interesting to have all the computer parts in the back of the moniter... certainly saves space. So far so good, no problems... did have the Geek Squad put it back to Windows 10, especially after the computer area guy said he hasn't gone to 11 either.
