Underpowered, Fan Speed Fluctuation

It would fluctuate up and down constantly which I've never experienced with other PCs. The BIOS was up to date, all Windows updates were completed and the issue persisted. It also wouldn't connect to certain wifi networks (I have several) which my other computers had no issues connecting to. The Ryzen 3 processor in this thing was also a bit underpowered as evidenced by a bit of lagging when Chrome and another program were open at the same time. The CPU also fluctuated between 40-60% with only 1 third party program running. That same program runs at 10-20% CPU on a 10th gen Intel i3 processor. I returned the PC.

But, it has slow speed, not much storage , is quirky with wifi. touch screen nice option. if you don't need anything above email and surfing this is ok.

Wow. Haha. But, within one week ... I LOVED IT. Glad I purchased this one ... it's perfect for my purpose (home use).
