The person who sold me my HP 2 in 1 really was alot of help and he was right. I just opened it, connected my personal internet source and bam it did the rest.

This computer was not what I went into the store looking for, but it has delivered and works with the programs we needed to have it work with!

Computer ok but had a hard time connecting the printer. Even the geek squad couldn't load the printer to the computer. So I googled it and done it myself.

I am still getting used to the new computer but am liking it very much. After working with Leo of the geek squad I felt much more comfortable using it.

Easy setup, vivid color screens. Geek Squad was so efficient and customer orientated. Keyboard that came with unit is a bit on the small side.

Like everything about it, except the flash drives have to be plugged in the back of the computer instead of on the side or front. VERY INCONVENIENT .

Bought this computer for my grandson and he loves it. This is my second computer I bought from Best Buy and have been very pleased with them both,

Best Buy's Union Square location had the computer I wanted at a terrific price, so I got it and your $200 policy to have the Geek Squad transfer my old hard drive into the new machine and make their Squad's expertise available to me at no extra cost. However...the Geek Squad screwed up the transfer from my old hard drive, and 2 days later when they said they had fixed it, it was even more screwed up, so I am in the process of deciding where I can bring it so that it is properly loaded, as I work on my computer. So, an A+ for having the machine I wanted, and a D- for the Geek Squad.

This is a great all in one option that does everything we need to run a small business.

I have been pleased with our new All-in-One HP computer. I don't know everything about it yet, as it doesn't get used every day.
