    The instore selection of PC's is very limited. I like to see the product before purchasing electronics. The All in One PC we purchased had annoying hum that drove us batty. Therefore, we returned in. However, the return procedure with Best Buy was great. I will continue to shop at Best Buy.

    It's amazing unit when it's working. I had a couple weeks and had to take it in. Basic diagnostic didn't help so they had to send it in for two weeks. I was also told I would have to pay any excess charges and they wanted to know if I had extended warranty and I asked why would I need extended warranty and I've only had it for two weeks. The service rep named Justin was fantastic at explaining everything to me and helping me out in the visit previous. I'm hoping to get it back soon
