Never Again

One month after purchase and I have to take it in to the Geek Squad because I can't get on ANY website. Says I'm not connected, when I check Internet Access, it says I'm connected. Speakers have a tinny sound. Very Frustrating.

Error message immediately after booting up

I contacted HP and they wanted to charge me for going through the software (for a brand new PC??!!). Nope! I returned this all-in-one to BestBuy, instead. BestBuy was great about the return.

We tried to switch it out for a working one and the person at the store said sorry we can't help you! Have to say I will definitely go elsewhere for future computer purchases
