The follow-up tech wanted to charge him and was rude. I am embarrassed and totally disturbed.

Employee Lied to us. PC cannot run any new games.

She took forever to tell me but I'm upset now and unsure how to resolve the issue. I bought her this new computer based off an employees recommendation that is could easily run the game she wanted to play. Well, she recently showed me she can't even play any of the top 100 games. I had the money to buy a better PC if required but I was lied to. Extremely disappointed and unsure what to do about it. We don't have the box it came in anymore either.

Disappointing System

We tried troubleshooting, updating the Operating System with all required updates. It continued to crash. We tried factory reset and still same issue. It is completely unstable. I do not recommend this computer and will be returned today.

They asked next day with about 6 more hours of tasks to do I then returned it to Best Buy and got a different computer.

On its second week, it crashed multiple times. Sometimes screen goes dark. The warranty was over within 14 days so I’m stuck. Very disappointed.

Piece of junk

Had problems moved slowly and then would just stop working. Unplugged and plug back in worked a week and just freeze. Total waste of money!!!

Have no idea how computer works since still in box. Not happy with such a long wait.
