Very easy to set up and so much better than having a giant box on the floor! Extremely happy with this purchase! Didn’t even need assistance!

Installed quickly and James Lombardo explained everything I needed to know and transferred all my files. And this computer is so much faster than my old one.

It's pretty much what I was expecting. Delivery was on time and it was not too difficult to hook up. Just wish we had our Geek Squad back in Jonesboro.

Love this wireless touchscreen desk top. I am 68 years old and set up instruction were easy to follow. Hooked up a new printer too, chose the USB connection. I was used to Windows 10, but Windows 11 is no problem so far. Very happy with this purchase!!

Love the computer. I have a small room and a small desk and the foot print is perfect. I use it for web searches, shopping and you tube, the sound is good, don't need to ad anything. I do not like microsoft's web engine, prefer Goggle.

I love this computer, it just doesn't have a CD/DVD Player with the computer. I would highly recommended this computer.

Bought this two days ago and finally set it up. It was quick and easy. But this computer makes a constant humming sound. It’s irritating. When I googled how to fix it, this seems to be a common issue. I’m going to have to return it.

Computer was nice ordered open box online. At the store i got the computer only, no box, no keyboard, no mouse, no sticker saying items were missing. The price was great, but nowhere on the website did it say it was missing items. Store manage did offer a gift card to help cover some the cost of a keyboard and mouse.

Easy to use. The background noise level is annoying.

Fridge looks great but the ice marker does not work. Really hard to get anyone to help with this problem

Ordered 5 All In One computers 2 came in next day and 3 the following of which 1 of the screens stopped working within first 24 hours. I will monitor them and update, but disappointed so far with this after spending over $3,200! Would love some support to help resolve this issue, since online has been less than helpful. I guess I will have to take this item delivered to me on location to the nearest Best Buy!!!
