Excellent computer. Still running perfectly a year and a half in.

Still works well after 2 years. Doesn't take up alot of room. Nice big screen.

This all in one PC is perfect for a home office. The operating system is fast, the programs save my progress so I don't have to worry about losing my work because I forgot to save. It has great sound system and volume, the screen view is pretty wide and clear. I love the sleek look, the stand is pretty sturdy. Overall, this PC is easy to install, easy to program and customize and sync your apps with other devices. Downside - it doesn't come with a wireless keyboard or mouse.

Great computer easy to use. Picture is great and I like the touch screen. Except when putting in a USB drive, have to go in the back. Would have been nice in the front or side to make it easier to get to.

Haven't upgraded our desk top in several years. This definitely meets are needs and highly recommend. Easy to use, which is a plus and much faster processing.

Good PC It has been easy to figure out how to use it. The mouse that came with it didn't work. Fortunately I had a new, better mouse. It's nice not having a tower getting in the way. Also, less cords.

Awesome and very efficient All-in one computer that is easy to navigate through. I absolutely love it. The sales rep who helped me, Josh, was ver knowledgeable and answer every single question I had to help me make the decision of purchasing this computer.

Computer was easy to set up. Liked that there was computer is embedded in the monitor, no tower to mess with. Best Buy Total Tech is worth the purchase.

Very easy to set up. We have cats and grandkids that make touch screens a nightmare. Luckily we were able to disable touch screen. The machine is fast, quiet, and works great.

Computer was priced well. It does everything that I need. Starts up quickly. Touch screen works great but i don't really use it other than to blow up pictures.

Love my new computer. It's fast, the colors are brilliant and the screen is big. I use it for email, shopping and general internet searching. It serves my purpose well.

I love it. That is, until my cat knocked something off on the top shelf over the computer and broke the screen. I guess screens for touch computers aren't as strong as non-touch screens.

Computer is fast, user friendly and has great screen clarity. Wish is came with a backlit keyboard but I just purchased an after market one.

Needed a good computer to let the grandkids do their school work on. This one fit the bill quite well. One very notable item is that it wasn't full of bloatware which HP has been notorious for. In the past, when I would get a computer from HP, I would plan on the first few hours being spent removing all the unnecessary preloaded software that always hogged resources and space on the computer. There was nothing other than the HP software for diagnostics, warranty info, and such. It wasn't a resource hog either, so I left it in place.

Bought this when working from home and my old desktop hard drive gave up. This was literally plug and play, easy to customize, responsive. The pop-up camera and speakers allowed me to seamlessly continue WebEx and Zoom meetings. Nice high def display. If you play music through your desktop, you will want auxiliary speakers. These are forward facing, built-in, no mixer control. Lively all-in-one overall and worth it for business use.

Easy to use. Takes up little space on my small desk. Screen is large to accomodate my 70+ year old eyes. Price was right, too

This computer has been great. Almost two year later. I would say that the touch screen is very fragile.

This is one of the best items I've brought from Best Buy, its super strong and worth the money.
