    This was THE worst purchase I ever made. I had to send it into HP tech support twice for a loud alarming sound (HP support/sending back..so frustrating) The operating system is unusable. Don’t buy this. It gave me such a bad feeling about Best Buy because the salesperson said it was just plug in and go.
