Slower processor

For me, because I purchased the other ho touch with a different processor and this one, this processor runs a bit slower so I will be returning this and going with the other version. I believe it’s $50-$100 more because of the processor and worth it. Love hp comps.

New HP System- Hooray!

Zoom system works well, EXCEPT my camera for zoom participation doesn't seem to work. Geek Squad Timothy set up my system & he's always helpful. i could use his help again once Best Buy allows home tutorials/

Need better communication from Geek Squad.

My only complaint was we received a call saying the transfer of data had been completed, and we could pick the new computer up at any time...no appointment needed. We got to the store expecting some help setting things up but was told we needed to set up an appointment. With a few struggles we got the set up done ourselves, but think we should have been told to set an appointment up to begin with.

Updating My Computer

The HP - 24" Touch-Screen All-in-One - AMD works fine and I am well pleased with it and with the service received, both in store and at my home.

Better than a Laptop

I am a non-gamer nor do I work from home so everything I do is personal. Computer is used for email and surfing the web. The speakers are very good and my music sounds great. Geek Squad setup was excellent.
