    Screen is good sized. but for me the great thing is the key board - my old laptop was a problem. My "essential tremor" would cause my touching extra keys without knowing it - resulting in activating "short cuts" I did not need!

    My wife likes her new computer. We had much difficulty getting it said up properly. Geek squad came and helped. Good experience. Tried to work with geek squad on line. Unsuccessful and vey frustrating. Went online to get a solution.

    I recommend this computer. I use it to mostly to send emails and it gets the job done. Has a nice display. I did notice it sometimes takes a while to load what I am typing. I do recommend it and it is easy to use!

    First salesperson was okay - then another took over. He was helpful. Did his job. Happy with the computer. Have had problems with wireless printer. Finally after several calls to the Geek Squad it was fixed.
