    While the people my daughter and I met when I purchased the computer were very helpful, I think your Geek squad stinks. We were told that all of the programs on the old computer would be transferred to the new computer. Some were, some were not. I suppose you do that so you can collect money to complete the job you said you would do. Thankfully I have a grandson who moved the programs for me. In the future I will go elsewhere for my computing needs.
